Character Development Student Webinar

Join The National WWII Museum as we welcome Medal of Honor Recipients to campus to share stories of courage, commitment, integrity, sacrifice, citizenship, and patriotism with students across the country. In this streaming program, students will learn how to recognize and exemplify these values while connecting with and asking questions of a Medal of Honor Recipient. This free program, presented by Kevin G. Clifford, is designed for students in grades 6-12. Registration is required.

Parade of Patriots, Celebrating America's Heroes

Featuring floats, historic military vehicles, Medal of Honor Recipients, the St. Augustine Marching 100, and more! The parade is generously supported by Kern Studios.

Free parking available at The National WWII Museum and New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Lot F, 400 Calliope Street.

Family and Military Appreciation Block Party

The Greater New Orleans community, including families of all backgrounds, both civilian and military, are invited to celebrate and experience the Museum’s fully expanded campus. Enjoy live entertainment, engage in hands-on activities with local organizations, meet Medal of Honor Recipients, and more! The Family and Military Appreciation Block Party is presented by Timber and Peggy Floyd. Tickets are $10.00 for adults. Admission is free for children, K-12 Students, seniors, US military, veterans, and military/veteran spouses.

The Museum is also hosting a free Symposium, Building The National WWII Museum: From Conception to Capstone, on Saturday, November 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Learn More
